Urgent | Buttons won't show popup on pressing | Brizy.Cloud

Hello Support team,

Here is an issue we haven't ever met before.

Buttons won't show popups (random or global) on pressing. All that appears - is an anchor link next to the website link. This issue happens to all the buttons on all the website pages.

As a solution, we made all buttons to take users to the first screen form. 

We created a separate page for testing this issue https://www.autoglassclinic.com/button-issue

  Hi Nicolai,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  This could be due to an incompatibility between Brizy and a plugin or an embed code you are using on your website. You can identify the conflicting software by:

  1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves
  2. Removing any embed code you are using and checking if the problem persists.

  In addition, please ensure that you are already using the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.
  (Brizy Version 2.4.17 and Brizy Pro Version 2.4.16)

  If you need help with troubleshooting, please let us know. We will need access to your WordPress Dashboard.

  Sorry about that, there may be some conflicts caused by embedded scripts on your website. If this is the case, would you mind temporarily removing them so that we can confirm the issue?

  Sorry about that, it turns out to be an issue at our end.

  This was already reported to our developers, so they can further investigate the issue.

  Natalia is back here.

  We managed to fix the pop-up issue in the Brizy editor. This fix is added in our next Brizy update. 

  My colleagues will come back with an additional notification once the new version is ready for all users.
