Media not loading in Media Library In WP Builder
Hi,
We are using Astra as a theme and all our themes/plugins are up to date, however, our media is no longer loading in the media library when trying to insert an image. I've tried to switch themes to Blocksy but I'm still not able to load any media. I have also deactivated all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro with no luck. The below is what comes up and no matter how long I leave it, it will not load anything just spins the loading wheel.
Can you help us to get this resolved please?

We have discovered that there is a compatibility issue between the latest versions of Brizy and certain optimization plugins. If you have enabled any of the following options, we kindly request you to disable them temporarily to upload images using Brizy.
- In your WordPress Dashboard under Jetpack - Dashboard scroll down to the heading "Performance and Growth" and disable the option 'Image Accelerator' https://jmp.sh/SU32wfE9
- Under Jetpack - Settings, under the Performance tab, disable the option 'Speed up image load times' https://jmp.sh/neap53iR
- If you have installed Jetpack Boost, under Jetpack - Boost disable the option 'Image CDN' https://jmp.sh/FUSoE1ZP
- And lastly, if your website is hosted with GoDaddy, please disable CDN

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

Hi,
We don't have any of the above plugins and I've tried disabling all other plugins as well as changing our theme.
Is there anything else we can try?

Please have a look at this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/Y4ZJKp12 I could not reproduce the image upload issue at my end. Please try these
- Try accessing your WordPress Dashboard from a private (incognito) window of your browser and check if that makes a difference
- Use a different browser and check if the issue gets resolved.

Thank you for looking into it, working in Incognito has resolved this issue. Do you have any suggestions as to how to resolve this without using Incognito in the future?
