Images doesnt show on template page

Hi,

We are currently developing a website where everything works smoothly except for an issue we are encountering with the 404 page. The image we intend to use on this page does not appear on the frontend.

It seems that the image is not being saved properly, resulting in a "no-image" being displayed. What is strange is that all the images function correctly on normal pages; this issue only occurs when we are using templates.

Could you help us understand why this is happening?

  In the 404 Brizy template, have you added a dynamic image by clicking on the database icon in the image element or a static image by clicking on the 'Upload' arrow?
