    Hi John,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The license should be activated in the Network Admin Dashboard as demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/l2ylYyoj6Ds

    This issue could also occur if you have previously enabled, white-label.  In this case, you will need to reset it, so you can activate your license.

    You may enable white-label when the license is already activated.
