    Hi Ellie,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This could be due to an incompatibility between Brizy and a plugin or an embed code you are using on your website. You can identify the conflict by:

    1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves
    2. Removing any embed code you are using and checking if the problem persists.

    In addition, please ensure that you are already using the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.
    (Brizy Version 2.4.17 and Brizy Pro Version 2.4.16)

    If you need help with troubleshooting, please let us know. We will need access to your WordPress Dashboard.

    Hi Ariel,

    Thank you for your prompt response. 

    I've tried your suggestions, but unfortunately, this didn't resolve the problem.

    Both Brizy and Brizy.Pro are up to date, but even with all other plugins on the website being disabled, the issue still persists. 

    The page where the carousel element is located and all the posts don't contain any embedded code, so I would be truly grateful if your team could assist with the troubleshooting. Please let me know if I should create an admin user for you or any of your colleagues and what email address I should use to set up the account.

    After checking, it appears to be working properly. You just need to add dynamic content to the elements, like the featured image, text, etc.:
