parallax effect problem

Hi, I did add a parallax effect (both animated or fixed) on my hero BG but the result on mobile is that I only see half of the screen. Nothing works. On other sections, when adding parrallax, i get a Huge zoom on the image when on tablet or mobile. So this is definitly a broken feature. And it's been quiet some time now. Are you going to fix this ?

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  I'm sorry to inform you that this is an ongoing issue which we are actively working to resolve.
  As a temporary workaround, we recommend either using the Fixed Parallax effect or temporarily disabling the parallax effect altogether until we resolve this issue. We currently don't have an exact timeframe for when this will be fixed, but I will get back to you as soon as I have an update.
