Facing Issue in my paid Plugin

Respected Support,

As you can see I am your very old Brizy Agency plan user. no doubt this product is amazing and m using it on my sites. nowadays I am facing issues. when I build a custom page or WooCommerce page. then in the demo preview or live page showing all Black. You can see the screenshot and please solve this issue.
