Page loading for ever

Hi After modifying a page and saving it the update goes on forever. Then the page needs to reload. This is now happening with two websites I am designing. I have posted this issue days ago, but not only inreceived no answer, the ticket has disappeared completely. So I'm trying again. Can anybody help? Thanks

  Please reply to the private email with your WP Admin login credentials, so we can inspect your site.
  Don't forget to make a full backup of your site as a precaution.
