    Have you attempted to temporarily switch to a different theme to see if this resolves the issue?

    Otherwise, this is something we would like to investigate from your dashboard. Could you please provide us with the WordPress credentials, so we can look into this issue further?

    Hi Malinda,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    To clarify, initially, when a page is not edited with Brizy Builder, the "Edit with Brizy" button does not appear. This specifically applies to new pages. However, once you have edited the pages using Brizy Builder, the button will start to appear on those pages.

    Hi Ariel - Thanks for your response. I understand the process you've shown above. However, that is not my issue.

    This is happening on pages that are published and have been built using the Brizy Builder. I can only get to Brizy from Pages > 'Edit with Brizy' however my clients all seem to default to Pages > 'Edit' and then they only see their page showing in Gutenburg and there is no 'Edit with Brizy' button to select from there. This just started happening the last  few months after one of the updates.

    This isn't the case on all of my Brizy installs so I'm trying to troubleshoot why this is happening on select installs.

    1. Temporarily deactivate all other plugins on a website where you're experiencing this issue and see if this will help fix the issue. If it does, it indicates that there is a plugin conflict causing the problem. You can then reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the specific plugin causing the conflict.

    2. If you are using PHP version 7.4 on the affected website. I suggest updating the PHP version to the latest available (e.g., PHP 8.0 or higher) and see if this resolves the issue. Sometimes, older PHP versions can cause compatibility problems with certain plugins or themes.

    Once you've tried these steps, please let me know the results. If the issue persists, we can explore further troubleshooting options.

    Hi Ariel - I've gone thru both of your recommendations. I've temporarily deactivated all the plugins and I've upgraded PHP 7.4 to 8.0. I've compared it to the install where the 'Edit with Brizy' button is displaying and they both have the same settings. Please explore further troubleshooting options. Thank you.

    Hi Ariel - I updated both Brizy and Brizy Pro and I'm still having the issue. I tried accessing the website using both Chrome and Firefox. Are you able to re-login with the credentials I sent last week and let me know how it goes for you? Thank you.

    Upon checking, it appears that the issue is originating from the Twenty Twenty-One theme. This problem does not arise when using Astra.

    To resolve this issue, you can install the Classic Editor plugin. Please try this on your other websites and let me know how it goes.

    Hi Ariel - The Classic Editor is solving it on the setups where this is happening. Thank you.

    I still have some setups where it's not an issue (without Classic Editor) so I'm stumped as to why the behaviors are different when everything else seems to be the same but I'm happy to have it fixed for client sites. Thank you.
