White screen when in non Brizy pages

Hello, a few months ago after we updated to the new version of Brizy and Brizy Pro we started having issues being able to upload images on Brizy and non-Brizy pages. We also had the issue of non Brizy pages just loading a white screen. I attempted to update last week and when I did I am still having the same issues. If I deactivate Brizy and Brizy pro, the issue goes away completely, and if I only have Brizy and Brizy Pro activated the issue persists. So it would seem a plugin conflict is not the issue.

 

When I logged into the support forum the first time this happened, there were other people with similar issues and so I just copied what they were told to do. Which was revert to older versions.

 

When can we expect this to be fixed? What can I do to fix it?

  Hi Spenser,

  If you are hosting with GoDaddy and using their CDN, please disable the CDN option from your GoDaddy account. You can follow instructions in this article. Enable or disable my CDN Then check if you are able to upload images using Brizy. 

  If this does not help, please add a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io
