Brizy not Loading Page Builder

We had to restore a site from a backup this morning and since doing so, the Brizy builder will not load on the page. It is just showing the year (2023) in the top corner. It will allow me to rearrange the sections from the left sidebar, but that is the only thing I'm allowed to do.
I tried saving the page as a layout with the intent of just creating a new page, but when I try to load the layout, it shows a lock icon.
This site was originally built by a different developer with their license key. I thought that may be the problem, so I purchased a new license key and it has not fixed the issue.

  Hi Jared,

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  This issue has to do with a copy right script that shows the year in the footer area of a website. This is not a Brizy feature, it's an embedded script that doesn't work with Brizy or any other page builder.
  We had a similar incident on this link:

  One solution we can suggest is to locate the specific block in your website, possibly the footer area, where this script was embedded and then delete it. This is demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/1crDjP0KioM
  You may need to rebuild the deleted block from scratch.
