Incorrect image links

Hi

I have a password protected page with several image files available for people to download. I have created many of these pages without any issues in the past, however this new page will not link to the correct image.
Some blocks are OK but I have three images that simply default to a different image even though the file name is different in the builder. I deleted the original picture it was defaulting to from the media library but the page has chosen a different image to default to now.

Have no idea what to look at as I have changed/edited/deleted blocks, changed images and purged the cache. Any ideas?

  Also, please check if Server-Side caching is enabled in your hosting provider, temporarily disable it and see if this resolves the issue.
