    Hello,
    thank you - but there is still a problem. 

    I have 2 subscription months, one runs until November (and I want to keep that for now), and one expires on 16 March. 
    And the one that expires in March I would like to cancel please and NOT automatically renew. 

    And the one that runs until November should continue. 

    Now, unfortunately, exactly the wrong one has been cancelled. 

    I would be happy if you could change this.

    Thank you for the update and I apologize for the confusion.

    I received confirmation that your subscription that ends on the 16th of March is now cancelled.

    The subscription that ends in November should be active until the expiration date, but unfortunately, we can no longer revert the cancellation.  Sorry about that.

    Hallo,

    I emailed a Paddle employee on 13 March to say that I did NOT want to renew my subscription, which was due to renew on 16 March, but wanted to cancel it immediately. 
    I also told him that I have a second subscription, which runs until November, and I want that to stay. 

    Then he wrote me back that I only had to click on the link here and I could cancel it myself. I did that, but it didn't say which of the two subscriptions it was, so I logically assumed that I was cancelling my subscription, which expires in March, as requested. 

    But now the wrong subscription was cancelled and the other one was still running. On 15 March, I then reminded Paddle AGAIN that I STILL did NOT want to renew my subscription, which is now expiring. But that was renewed for a year first, then money was taken out for a year and only then was the renewal taken out. 

    I let them know in good time that I did NOT want to renew my subscription. Therefore, I would like my money back. 
    And my subscription, which I paid for in November for 1 year, has been cancelled by you or the company Paddle, so to speak, although I didn't even want it, and now you tell me that it's just bad luck, there's nothing you can do. Just buy another subscription. Is that a joke or is that your business method? Then you are a thousand times worse than Adobe!!!!!. 

    I would kindly ask you to fix this. And please with both subscriptions!!!!
     
    I always thought Brizy was great, and I wanted to make a youtube tutorial in German, but now I'm not enthusiastic about Brizy at all... Maybe I should make a youtube video how the subscription contracts work with Brizy...

    Our best option at this time is to wait until the expiration of your subscription in November, and then you can purchase it again at the same price  (or with a discount to match the Black Friday offer).

    thank you for the quick and nice answer. 

    If I see it correctly, at least my subscription, which runs until November, is now restored. Is that right? 

    But now we still have the other problem. I did NOT want to renew the subscription that expired NOW, today. I had already said that 3 days ago. But this error has apparently still not been corrected. 

    I had bought a new subscription during the last Black Friday, so I had two subscriptions from November to March. So it was double, but I could still live with that. And that's why I wanted to let the subscription expire in March. Do you understand?

    I can confirm that your subscription, which runs until November, is active.
    However, auto-renewal is off as we have no means to reverse the cancellation.
    Please contact us before the expiration date, so we can arrange a discount for your subscription.

    About the subscription that recently expired, we've already arranged a refund and should be credited to back to your account.

    If you have any questions regarding your accounts / payments, please send us a message directly, not to Paddle, so we can prioritize your request.
