Brizy Cloud Form Submissions are being marked as malware
Hi,
There is an issue that is happening with all Brizy Cloud form submissions. They are being blocked by Malwarebytes as malware and the form submissions are not going through (neither to email or "leads" section of dashboard).
Works fine on incognito mode or mobile where antivirus software is not installed.
www.myleads.website is the offending site.
I don't know how many leads and potential lost clients I (and many others) could have because of this.
I have sent a "false positive" submission to Malwarebytes, however, this may be causing issues on other anti-malware software. Can you please investigate?

Hi Roger,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Upon checking, it appears that the forms have a custom form action that is pointing to the site you mentioned—https://i.imgur.com/GjFKInc.png
To resolve this issue, I recommend following these steps:
- Duplicate the forms that are causing the issue.
- Delete the original forms.
- Reconfigure the duplicated forms.
- After completing the above steps, run a scan with Malwarebytes and see if this resolves the issue.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel,
I am not running any custom form actions. I am just using the in-built Brizy Email Notifications.
I've done the same on a new website I've just built and experienced the same issue.

I have done what you have requested, and I am still getting hit with the same issue, I haven't set up any actions at all on the new form and its showing up as www.myleads.website

Hi Roger,
Thank you for the update.
We have now escalated this issue for further investigation. I will get back to you as soon as I have an update.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you Ariel,
FYI - I have reported this as a false positive to Malwarebytes and they are also looking into it0 -
Ariel H.
Every single form created in brizy cloud is posting to
<form class="brz-form brz-d-xs-flex brz-flex-xs-wrap" action="https://www.myleads.website/form/submit"
so this is a real problem, if submissions are blocked by Malwarebytes and other software.

Hi Tom,
My apologies for the inconvenience. Our developers are already aware of this issue. I will get back to you as soon as I have an update.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel,
Is there any update on this?
If this cannot be resolved timely, I will have no choice but to migrate away from Brizy Cloud and can no longer continue to recommend it to people as this is a serious issue that could (and may already) cause loss of income.0 -
Hi Roger,
We are still investigating this problem. Malwarebytes indicates that the URL www.myleads.website is restricted in some tests while failing to detect any problems in others.
Today, we have tested your form a few times. Please check your email leads@.......ital.com.au for 4 test leads. Please also test the form yourself and let us know if you get email notifications.

Hello Roger
We sincerely regret any inconvenience the Malwarebytes block has caused. By embedding a form from https://formester.com/, it appears that you have already put a solution in place. This is the ideal course of action at the event that a third-party service provider chooses to ban a URL on your website.
On a Brizy Cloud contact form, I was unable to replicate the Malwarebytes block on my end. You can see my test at https://jmp.sh/oaidFcIF. What am I doing wrong? Can you help us to reproduce this issue?
