Hello,

I just received an email from Paddle telling me that my subscription will be renewed and my credit card on file will be charged on Sept 14.

Is Brizy still using Paddle for renewals? I though Brizy had switched to using Stripe?

Please confirm.

  Hi Rocky,

  Paddle continues to handle subscriptions for all legacy plan users. Stripe handles subscriptions only for new users who sign up for any of the currently available plans.

  Please update your Payment Method in your Brizy.io account before September 14th. Once you sign in to your brizy.io account, under Account - Payments, scroll down to the invoices section.

   

  

   

  Click on the 'Update' link next to your last invoice to update your Payment Method.
