Incorrect purchase

Hello,

I hope you are well.

I have had a hosting plan with EasyWP since January 20.

I mistakenly purchased BrizyPro when I should get 1 year free as part of my Easy WP subscription. Can you please tell me how I go about canceling this and issuing a refund?

  Can you please tell me how I can get it grouse EasyWp. On one of your pages it says I’m entitled to 1 free year of pro. Should I cancel and go through it that way?

  Thanks for reaching out. Our partner Namecheap sells Brizy PRO into their purchasing flow as part of our partnership. If you choose to get it from them you'll pay the Brizy PRO license through EasyWP. 

  We've implementing this partnership like this so you get the entire solution on their side and that includes instal of the hosting, WordPress, Brizy Free, Brizy PRO and the PRO license. 

  My colleagues just told me they processed a refund on our side, so you continue to have the Brizy PRO solution from our partner EasyWP.
