Media Library cannot be opened

Good Day!

I'm wondering why I can't open the media library within the Brizy WordPress builder. I tried using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge to no avail. Also, our plugins are up to date.

Can you help us with this? Thanks!

  Hi Steven,

  This could be due to an incompatibility between Brizy and a plugin or an embed code you are using on your website. You can identify the conflicting software by

  • Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves
  • Removing any embed code you are using and checking if the problem persists.

  Okay, we'll do. But so far, we haven't added any plugin or embed code recently.

  Hi Steven,

  For some reason, I do not have access to the plugins area of the WordPress Dashboard. When I try to access https://uppage.us/wp-admin/plugins.php I get this message
