Trouble uploading images
Hi Brizy team, recently some images from my home have disappeared and when I want to upload and change the image i cannot do it.
When i click the cloud to upload nothing happens, can you help me please with this issue?

Thanks for the access to your WordPress Dashboard. I attempted to reproduce the issue you are facing with uploading images. I created a test page. deleted and uploaded a new image. It worked well at my end. Please see my test here https://jmp.sh/gA0pb7LB
Can you please let us know the exact steps we must follow to reproduce the error? Please also sign in to your WordPress Dashboard from a private (incognito) window of your browser and check if you are able to upload images.

You had mentioned "And have you checked the languaje issue in “sala de prensa” page?, the entry element" I am sorry; I could not understand this fully. Can you elaborate on this issue more?

Hello. I am having the issue on my site. I am using Bluehost to host my website. And, I am using Brizy to build it. All of a sudden, I can change any images. My plugins are up to date. When I go to change an image, it allows me to select from the media, but nothing shows. I only get the same indicator that I need to add an image.

Recent Brizy versions have incompatibilities with Jetpack Image optimizations. If you are using Jetpack and have enabled any of the following options, please disable it to upload images using Brizy.
- In your WordPress Dashboard under Jetpack - Dashboard scroll down to the heading "Performance and Growth" and disable the option 'Image Accelerator' https://jmp.sh/SU32wfE9
- Under Jetpack - Settings, under the Performance tab, disable the option 'Speed up image load times' https://jmp.sh/neap53iR
- If you have installed Jetpack Boost, under Jetpack - Boost disable the option 'Image CDN' https://jmp.sh/FUSoE1ZP
If none of the above helps, please get back to us with your website URL. We will take a look.
