Media Library Not Working
Hello all, having an urgent issue with a site I'm building since the latest update. When trying to add an image in the Brizy Editor, I'm not able to pull up the Media Library. I've attached a Loom showing what happens:

Basically, the Media Library doesn't load and the scrollbar for the page disappears. I've noticed that I get some errors in my browser console when this happens, and am also sharing those:

I've tried this in both the latest Firefox and latest Chrome, have deactivated all plugins one-by-one, and have tried both the Suki and Kava themes, but no luck. I use Brizy on all my sites, but this is the only one where I've noticed this behavior occurring. Any ideas? This site needs to launch on Monday so hoping for a quick resolution.

Hi Elijah,
The sign up form you are using from https://www.ngpvan.com/ seems to be causing a code conflict with Brizy. https://jmp.sh/bUL8kxYo If you remove this code from a page, save your work and then refresh your page, you will be able to access the Media Library from the Brizy editor.

Please remove the code temporarily while editing the pages and add it back when you finish editing for now.

Aha! Thank you so much, I can definitely do that. NGP is a form provider that's basically mandatory to use in my industry and I anticipate needing to use their code on many Brizy sites moving forward—is there any chance that I can get it onto the team's radar to implement a long-term solution to this at some point? I understand if not, since it's not a partner Brizy officially supports (and since I imagine there aren't very many other Brizy users with the same need).

Hi Elijah,
Thank you for the update.
Perhaps this is something that you also need to report to their developers, so they can take a closer look and possibly offer a solution by modifying their embed code. This issue could also occur in other page builders.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel, I totally get that and will definitely reach out to them as well. Do you think the Jumpshare link KC George provided would be enough info to help them identify what the conflict was, or is there any additional insight you can offer into what went wrong? They're kind of a big, faceless, monolithic company so the more efficient I can be with identifying the problem for them, the more likely they are to not just ignore me.

Hi Elijah,
Thank you for the update.
The screenshots should be enough information to help them identify the issue. They may also ask for your WP site's credentials to investigate the issue.
Meanwhile, if you have access to a fresh installation of WordPress, with only the Brizy plugin installed, please try to reproduce the issue and see if you get the same behavior.
Best regards,
Ariel H.

Great, I will pass that on to them.
In the meantime, I went ahead and set up a fresh install on my hosting platform with only Brizy installed and was able to reproduce the issue.

I am having this exact issue. however when I try to add a picture to a page not only does it not load but the entire plesk server stops responding to requests for 10 min. I am on the newest version of brizy and have deactivated all other plugins.
