Brizy not working even though payment went through normally - URGENT
Hi, the payment for the PRO plugin has gone through successfully a few days ago, however this is one of my webpages now (https://alessiapandolfi.com/vlog/)

When I login the backend there is a message saying this - however Brizy Cloud's plugin is up to date and there is nothing to update. Can you please fix this asap?

The page https://alessiapandolfi.com/vlog/ seems to load fine at my end. Is the issue with your page resolved already?

The most recent Brizy versions are Brizy 2.4.16 and Brizy Pro 2.4.15. Please ensure you have the latest versions of both.

Hi, I have the auto-update set up, so I doubt that I have any problem related to an older version of Brizy.
Now the page works fine, however, I would like to know why the page had that problem and why in the back end I had that big note saying that Brizy PRO was not working.

Hi Alessia,
We usually release an update for Brizy and Brizy Pro on the same day. Sometimes WordPress may show an update notification for Brizy and may not show it for Brizy Pro. Please do not update Brizy or Brizy Pro when you see an update notification only for one of the two plugins.
To avoid the issue you have faced above please do either of these.
- Wait till you see update notifications for both Brizy and Brizy Pro and update both plugins one after the other
- Install Brizy Pro manually: You can delete Brizy Pro, download the latest Brizy Pro from your Brizy.io account and install it. This will force Brizy Pro to update even if you do not see an update notification.
