  Try with vimeo, the same.

  Try with upload video to server, and that works.

  If the PHP memory limit is set to less than 512MB, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and requesting an update to a limit of 512MB or higher for optimal results.

  If your site involves the use of numerous images or if you frequently upload videos, you might want to increase the upload_max_filesize value to 32M. This allows you to accommodate larger file sizes for images or videos.

  Also, max_execution_time can be set to 300 or higher, this is the maximum time a PHP script can run. This is applicable for time-consuming tasks such as uploading large amounts of data or performing complex database queries. Increasing the max_execution_time can provide the necessary allowance for these operations.
