Problem integrating If-So plugin

    Hi Alex,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I've installed If-So Dynamic Content Personalization plugin on my test environment; however, I am unable to reproduce the issue as described.

The conflict could be coming from something else. Perhaps one of the other plugins installed on your site is consuming an excessive amount of memory, which is causing the following error message to appear.

To further troubleshoot this issue, please try to disable all other plugins temporarily besides Brizy, Brizy Pro and If-So Dynamic Content Personalization and check if the error is still there.

If the issue doesn't occur,  start by enabling the rest of the other plugins one by one and check if the issue is resolved. If the problem returns after enabling a plugin, then it's likely the culprit.

If this made no difference, also try to temporarily switch to another theme.

This process can be time-consuming, but it's an effective way to identify plugin/theme conflicts quickly.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Ariel H.

The problem is not in the other plugins, (I have already tried to deactivate them all). It works well with a Brizy page, but not for the pages created with a Brizy template (blog posts). It happens since the latest Brizy update.

    Hi Alex,

I could sign in to your WordPress Dashboard. You have mentioned that the If-so plugin is working well on regular Brizy pages and it gives an error on Brizy template. Can you please help us with the steps to reproduce both?

    1. What are the steps we should we take to see that If-so is working well on regular Brizy pages?
    2. What steps should we take to reproduce the error message?

    Hi Alex,

I have enabled few options in your WordPress Dashboard under If-So - Settings. https://jmp.sh/ofCULibF Now your blog posts display the If-So shortcode content without errors. Please have a look at https://chatwinc.sg-host.com/california-minimum-wage-laws/
