how can I get Brizy forms to work with Microsoft emails?

I have a client with Microsoft emails. Tried with Brizy forms, but that doesn't work. Tried with WP SMTP plugin, but I can't seem to to get that up and working also.

Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi David,

  You should be able to send out emails to an outlook or Office 365 email address using these two options

  •  Email notification via Gmail
  • Email notification via SMTP

  To send out email notifications using the Outlook SMTP server your 'Username' and the 'From Email' must be the same. Use Outlook email password in the password field. Please use these settings

  • Host: smtp-mail.outlook.com
  • Port: 587
  • Encryption: TLS
  • Authentication: Enabled

  

  

   

  Please keep in mind that SMTP authentication must be enabled in outlook in order to send out email notifications. These are the steps to enable SMTP authentication.  

  • Open the Microsoft 365 admin center and go to Users > Active users.
  • Select the user, and in the flyout that appears, click Mail.
  • In the Email apps section, click Manage email apps.
  • Enable the Authenticated SMTP setting
  • Click Save changes
