Two Issues this Morning...
Not sure if they are related, but both appear to be serious. I have Brizy 2.4.16 and Pro 2.4.14 both installed at eastme.odor-pros.com and yet a not on the top of the screen is telling me that Brizy Pro is not running and to update to the current version. When I go to the Brizy settings to check the license against the Brizy.io license log, the License tab does not exist. I have removed and replaced the Pro plugin and it made no difference. This issue has just arisen while working on the below [seemingly unrelated] issue.
The other issue I am having is with a project associated with a Post Template. The template built fine (from components I downloaded and uploaded from a sister site - maybe this is where the problem originated, uploading blocks), but when I add a NEW POST: Title, Body, Excerpt and SEO Meta items and click PUBLISH, the Post body field switches from Rich RTF to HTML, the text in this field goes to white on white and I can no longer edit any of the fields.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The latest version of Brizy Pro is now Version 2.4.15.
Please ensure that both Brizy and Brizy Pro are up-to-date.
https://prnt.sc/HLdwwuARwo_XPlease try these steps to make sure that your plugins are up-to-date.
1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Click on the "Updates" tab in the left-hand sidebar.
3. You should see a list of available updates for WordPress, plugins, and themes. Look for the plugin you want to update.
4. Check the box next to the plugin you would like to update, or click the "Select All" checkbox to update all available plugins.
5. Click the "Update Plugins" button.
6. WordPress will begin updating the plugins. You should see a progress bar that shows the status of the update.
7. Once the update is complete, you will see a message confirming that the update was successful.

Test your site to make sure the updated plugin is working correctly.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,Ariel H.

The Update function showed no new version for Brizy Pro, but I see now that it is download-able from your site. I have installed it and Issue 1 is resolved. Do you have any idea what might be causing Issue #2?

Hi Michael,
It is not a recommended practice to import a Brizy template from one website to another. Can you delete the imported template and start fresh and check if that makes a difference?

Just to clarify, I did not import the entire Template, but the individual blocks - if that makes a difference.
In the meantime, I have:
1) deleted the template
2) cleared the cache
3) added a new post
and it has made no difference to the original Issue #2.
