    Hi Merilena,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The latest version of Brizy Pro is now  Version 2.4.16.
Please ensure that both Brizy and Brizy Pro are up-to-date.

Please try these steps to make sure that your plugins are up-to-date.

    1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

    2. Click on the "Updates" tab in the left-hand sidebar.

    3. You should see a list of available updates for WordPress, plugins, and themes. Look for the plugin you want to update.

    4. Check the box next to the plugin you would like to update, or click the "Select All" checkbox to update all available plugins.

    5. Click the "Update Plugins" button.

    6. WordPress will begin updating the plugins. You should see a progress bar that shows the status of the update.

    7. Once the update is complete, you will see a message confirming that the update was successful.

Test your site to make sure the updated plugin is working correctly.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi many thanks for your message. I couldn't follow your instructions as there is no tick box or manual update option for Brizy in my Wordpress installation. However, yesterday I briefly disabled and re-enabled auto updates and today the error message is gone and the version of Brizy and Brizy Pro installed are correct. We can now close the ticket.

    Thanks,

    Marilena

I had the same problem yesterday. Now it has solved on its own but it seems it was a widespread issue with plugin and not with our own abilities..

Yes - I removed Brizy plug ins, downloaded and installed the newly released ones. These are working. Also I found with the last version - it liked to deactivate itself - regardless of license used or status of plugin. This appears to now be resolved also. Thank you
