Gyntekwebdesign.net and I sorry. I don’t like being stuck. I researched an entire day trying to find confirmation if I entered the dns records I was getting the runaround. But this is why I am doing what I am doing. Hands on, books don’t teach what really goes on! You gotta get your hands dirty, lol! I’m attaching a copy of how my dns settings are entered. If you don’t mind looking them over to see if they are correct. Right now, my domain is hosting with Hostinger, but if it conflicts with Brizy I can transfer the domain. Either that or I needed to remove a record to add one. The only other logical explanations. I reset the dns and re-entered everything. IDK, but I am riding or dying for solution!!! 😊

    Hi Gia,

Unfortunately our Help Desk system does not support email attachments. Hence I could not see your DNS settings. You can attach images in the Forum directly by visiting https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/13527073429905

If you are setting up your DNS records with Cloudflare, please ensure that DNS Proxy is not enabled for the A Record and the CNAME record. The Proxy status should say "DNS only" and not "Proxied"

A DNS look up of your domain shows that apart from the A Record you have added, it also has a AAAA record with the IP 2600:1901:0:84ef Please delete this AAAA record

DNS lookup of your domain with www shows the following records. Ideally the A Record for the domain should show the IP: 34.237.47.210 . Instead it shows 34.120.137.41. If you see the A Record with the IP  34.120.137.41 in your DNS records, please delete it.

Currently your CNAME is showing the URL connect.zyrosite.com. For a Brizy Cloud user with the Freelance Plan, the URL associated with your CNAME should be a subdomain of brizy.site. Please check this as well

I knew I was right. I was told yesterday to delete it. Mydomain.brizy.site was only temporary right? Okay I will re add the missing record. The reprensentative that was helping had me grant her access. And I have not heard back.. But I was make the necessary change, right now. Thank you.

    Hi Gia,

In the screenshot you have attached above, I am seeing DNS entries for the Brizy Cloud whitelabel setup. DNS records are completely different for the Agency whitelabel setup and for the websites built using your Freelance plan. If you are setting up the domain gyntekwebdesign.net for your whiltelabelled builder then what I have mentioned above will not work for you.

It may be good to have a Zoom call to clarify things before moving forward.

I absolutely agree. But it's not rocket science. The entries were added because I was not told that I had to delete other records. But, you are so right! A 5 minute zoom call could have prevented the pain I have in my behind right now. If I had a client right now and I failed to get their issue solved I lose out on serious money. I will not stand for it. I admit, I have been training for the past 3 days waiting to hear back from the support team. Learning more about DNS Settings and how to enter them probably, well, that's the part I love, "Deeper Learning." But to be successful, timeliness is key. Especially with backend tweeks. Thank you KC, for responding back to me. I gave the representative I'm supposed to be working with access to my dns settings dashboard. I heard from her one yesterday morning sent the access link and have heard back. I'll accept any option at this point.

I'm not hearing back at all from Natalia C. How do refunds work?

    Hi Gia,

Our office was on holiday yesterday. You will receive a reply from Natalia sometime today.

Setting up of the white-labelled builder takes 10-14 days after you have provided all the initial details. Please have a look at the process described here https://www.brizy.io/introducing-brizy-cloud-white-label

If you have given Natalia access to your Domain Dashboard, she will be able to setup all required records for you.
