Pop-up sound adjustment

hello,

I am creating a link pop-up that makes a video appear on my website. I would like the video controls to not show, but seems that the sound is always off. Is there a way to have the video play with sound even if the controls are not viewed in the pop-up?

  Hi Robert,

  The majority of browsers don't let videos automatically play with sound. So, implementing this idea might be challenging. The browser will make a video play without sound even if you have it set to automatically play with sound.

  In order for the user to unmute the automatically playing video, I guess you may need to display video controls.
