Popup not working

Hi,

We have updated the latest version of Brizy Version 2.4.15 & Brizy Pro Version 2.4.14. After that update our pop ups are not working.

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

   Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, and Brizy Pro) and check if the problem still occurs? To identify which plugin is faulty, reactivate them one by one until the error reoccurs.

  Hi Nelea,

  We have deactivated all the plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and checked, but still the popup not working.

  Hi,

  We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the wp credentials to them?
