404 error

Hi, When I click on my project edit... https://www.brizy.cloud/projects/14825334/get-editor-url

I get 

Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "404 Not Found".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

 

 

Please can you investigate? I'ts very important as we're runnning a conference and our main web is not working... Thanks Jiri

  Hi Jiri,

  Usually you see this error when a project is deleted. Was this project deleted by mistake?  

  I have escalated the issue. Our developers needs to take a look. This could take a while. In case if the project was deleted, it takes a lot of effort to restore it.

  Please give us some time to restore it.

  it was not deleted, I see it in my administration as per screenshot. What it means "this could take a while?".

  It's very important project for us and we really need it up and running... As it's a conference website which takes place very soon and all the marketing points to it! Thanks Jiri

  Hello George, 

  is there any progress on your side / developers? Because of this bug in Brizy (we could see it is not the first time this happened to one of your customers), we are in a trouble as we currently run an important campaign on our domain www.CESKObudoucnosti.cz, but the page is blank now and does not work for customers. 

  Can we do something to speed it up? 

  Can you share with us time estimation of this repair? Either we wait for your bug fixing or we would have to go somewhere else. Thank you for understanding and thank you for your answer. 
  
  At lease we would need the texts on that Brizy site..

  Hi Jiri,

  We have restored the project. The page at https://www.ceskobudoucnosti.cz/ is displaying well now. If you are checking from your regular browser, please reload the page to see the latest changes.

  Hi Jiri,

  The Homepage was removed from the aforementioned project. To resolve the issue, we had to restore the homepage.
