Brizy pro licence doesn't work

Hello, I really need your help with a licence i bought months ago and never worked. 

I used that on the website hcroma.net but since the first time I used that wordpress told me that the licence was expired. I tried to delete the one I had to make a new one and try another licence code on the website but I can't make another one now.
