Icon Colour Hover

I do not want my icon to change colour when users hover over them, I tried changing the colour of both static and hover to be the same but yet there's still the hover animation. How do i resolve this?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  There is no such option to uninstall the hover option from the icon. I can suggest setting the normal color and the hover color the same.
