    Thank you for contacting us.

    If you are on a Mac device, make sure that the system doesn't automatically unzip all archives uploaded from the internet. We found in some cases that the problem was in this case. Therefore, please make sure that you upload the zip folder from your Brizy account and it isn't unzipped. In WordPress, you have to add the zip folder of the Brizy Pro. In other cases, the plugin will not be installed. 

    Also, if you cannot update the Pro version I will suggest to deactivate both  Brizy versions Free and Pro, then delete them and reinstall them again.
