  A DNS lookup of your domain https://waltbeck.com/, shows that you have not added a CNAME record. Can you please follow the procedure in this document to add a CNAME record to your domain? https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-

  Hi Nelea,

  I did this and it says I need to upgrade to use a custom domain. I've had two websites for a couple of years, using Brizy PRO Personal, where I use two custom domains and it's worked fine.

  NOTE, this year I was charged twice:
  12/26/22 - Personal Cloud $59.72
  12/30/22 - Brizy PRO Personal $52.92

  I reached out and the Brizy PRO Personal was canceled.

  Is it possible that the wrong product was canceled?

  Please let me know if I need to upgrade or how to fix this so I can use my second domain.

  Hi Walter,

  At the moment you have Personal Cloud Plan, whit this plan you have only one domain included. This is the domain that you have published. If you need to publish two domains then you have 2 possibilities, you can purchase the second Personal Plan, or you can upgrade the Personal Plan to the Freelancer Plan, and pay only the difference between the plans. With the Freelancer Plan you will have: 20 hosted sites on your domains, please see here.

  Thanks Nelea. I wish I had been alerted of the change in plans more clearly or at least contacted that my website SSL was set to expire due to having more website custom domains than allowed under the new plan. Didn't help that all worked fine for 2 months after my subscription renewal. And to find out something was wrong in a job interview wasn't the best. I'll figure it out from here but I won't be recommending Brizy anymore.

  Thank you for the update.

  I'm sorry that you feel that way, but our price table clearly indicates that there is only one hosted site on your domain on the Personal Cloud Plan.
