Ivory search wp plugin problem
Hi all,
I'm trying to add a search field to my main menu. I'm using Ivory Search WP plugin, it seems to be a better solution to the standard search. It has a menu search function adding the search field as the last element in my menu.
Unfortunately, that works in the WP theme but it doesn't work in Brizy...
I'm using WP 6.1.1 with Brizy Starter Theme and Brizy 2.4.15 + Brizy PRO 2.4.14
Any help on that or any suggestion for a search plugin that can work best in Brizy?
Thanks!
F.

Hi Francesco,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In my test environment, I have installed the Ivory Search plugin and used the short code element as demonstrated on this screencast.

As you can see, it works perfectly on the Brizy menu without any problems. If you have used a different approach to this issue, please provide the steps necessary to reproduce the issue.
I am looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,

Hi Ariel thanks for your help!
Yes, the shortcode element is working for me too, I am referring to the Menu Search (see screenshot). It should add the search as a menu item, and be displayed wherever that menu is placed... With the shortcode, the search remains a separate element. With the menu search it should be part of the menu itself.
It works in the WP theme but the Brizy menu element doesn't show it.

Hi Francesco,
Thank you for the update.
Upon checking, the menu search is not designed to work with Brizy Page Builder's menu element. Our only best option is to use a short code.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
