Can't edit the email address in the contact form

Hello I have to change the address to which the message from contact form will be sent, but when I click on the button which is supposed to open this option the settings don't open, the spinning circle just keeps spinning and nothing happens (screenshot: https://paste.pics/P8FA8 ). Can someone from support check this?

Also the Server sinc is still not working.

  Hi

  You are right; the email notification for your form is not working well. Please click on the 'Duplicate' icon in the form. A copy of the form will appear to the right. Please re configure the email notifications in the form on the right and delete the original form on the left.
