Page needs refresh

After I change anything in my website, the builder says it needs to be refreshed, so I can't save it. It says it's opened in a different tab or browser, but that's not true.

  Hi Romy,

  There are several possible causes for this error. Please log into your hosting account to begin the troubleshooting process and check to see if any of this software is turned on in your server management system (like cPanel). Disable these systems one at  a time and see if that makes a difference.

  • Security system
  • Malware protection
  • Firewall
  • DDOS

  Please also check if you have installed a security plugin. Deactivate the plugin and check if the error disappears. Once you identify the interfering software, relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing, in consultation with your hosting company.
