hubspot not work

Form not sending data to Hubspot. I don't know what else to say, put in the API key, created a list, mapped the fields. The form sent message appears and it redirects to the url. But nothing shows up in Hubspot. Site is https://joinwellnessbox.com

  I am sorry, but HubSpot has stopped using the API keys for integrations, which is why this feature no longer works.

  We are aware of this issue and a fix should be available in the next upcoming updates.

  Meanwhile, you may use HubSpot hosted forms and embed it into your website. For more information, please refer to this link:

  okay, thanks. Would have been nice if Hubspot was disabled in the builder. Now I look bad in front of my customer!!  SPAM"
