Hello,

I have been with brizy from the very beginning.

I applied for whitelabel since then, but I am still not able to access it.

How do we resolve that?

  You can activate the White label only for Brizy WordPress. Please see this article about the White Label option: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360040492831-How-to-activate-the-white-label

  If you need the white Label option for Brizy Cloud, then you should purchase the Agency Plan, only in this plan the White label option it is included.
