Brizy Popup Integration

Hi! 

I need a Popup-window like in the picture attached in the right-bottom-corner. I don't want the popup to be able to be closed AND I want to make it possible to use the website behind the popup. Using the brizy popup the website behind the popup can only be used, when you close the popup... is it possible to configure the popup to meet my needs? Or is there any other possibility to reach my goals with brizy on-board ressources?

  Oh wow! Right! This helps! 
  
  I have the backend in german and the translation of "Scroll page behind" is "Seite nach hinten blättern" is totally misleading. It should be something like "Seite dahinter scrollbar machen" oder "Seite dahinter bedienbar machen"
