    Hi Jason,

I was unable to reproduce the problem you are experiencing. Please take a look at this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/JEleUlql Is there anything further we can do to see the error?

Please try a different browser to see if the problem goes away. You might also try signing into your WordPress Dashboard from a private (incognito) browser window to see if it makes a difference.

    Thank you KC

I have replicated your efforts of minor changes to pages and all works as per usual just like in the video. However, I cannot seem to get the 'Photo Competition' page to update a sentence where I need to change the text.

Please will you attempt from your end.

In the first section titled 'About the Competition' please could you try change the last sentence to read:

"The competition shall remain open throughout the winter season, ending on the 30th of September 2023. Winners will be announced on Friday, the 13th of October 2023."

Note the dates change. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that I am able to make a few changes to certain pages but then all of a sudden I am not longer able to save my work. Please attempt to duplicate a post or page and then make multiple edits.

    Regards
    Jason

Apologies, I did try a different browser and incognito mode, no result.

    Hi Jason,

    Thank you for the update.

I tried to update the last sentence like you said and attempted to save it, but the update button continuously spins without saving the changes—https://imgur.com/vmPLi9U.png

It appears that the issue you are encountering may be due to a conflict, possibly with one of the plugins installed on your website.

To further troubleshoot the issue, I recommend deactivating all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro. Then, check if the issue is resolved. If this resolves the issue, proceed to reactivate the plugins one by one, testing your site after each reactivation, until the issue reoccurs. This will help identify which specific plugin is causing the problem.

Unfortunately, we're cautious about carrying out the above troubleshooting steps, as this is a live website. Therefore, we kindly ask you to try these steps on your end, and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Dear Ariel and KC

We have transferred our server and domain to a new service provider and it has resolved all our issues.

    Thank you for your efforts.

    Kind regards

    Jason
