Menu Not Under Appearance

How can I tell which themes will allow the header menu to be edited? I keep trying different pro and free themes but nothing works. Very frustrating.

  Hi Richard,

  As I have mentioned to you in the below two posts, if you install any of the themes listed here, https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners you can edit your menus under Appearance - Menus. You do not need to buy the premium version of a theme to access this option.
