    What do you mean "generate a new license"? Where do I "generate" it? I already have a new license key as seen on the screenshot.

    Hi,

    If you need to add the new license to the website, you need only to copy and then paste it. There is no other way to change licenses.

    Hi,

    The refund has been already processed. I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 3-5 working days (depending on your bank).
