CNAME
Hi, I added a cname record pointing to my brizy custom domain but after over 4 days it still has not connected to my chosen .brizy.site.
The Cname record for the domain is propagating correctly ( I checked https://dnschecker.org ) and I see it's all good there. Below are the custom domain and the brizy site.
The brizy site in question is a duplicate of my website (great new feature) if that makes any difference. I've done this on other brizy sites in the past without issue.
Many thanks for any help you can offer with this.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
If you have added correctly the DNS setting then you should have the Cname and the A record market with green, this is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly. Could you please check if you set up the AAAA record? If you have set up it, could you please delete it?
Then, please login to Brizy Cloud Dashboard and please delete your Custom Domain and add it again and wait for half an hour for your SSL to be restored. See here: https://jumpshare.com/v/87WUJxMdoCYym84YU7bP
Best regards,

Hi again,
Thanks for getting back Nelea. I do not have an AAAA record as I did set one up, but I did check and it is blank, so all good there.
I have deleted and re-added my custom domain as you suggested.
As I said in my previous mail, when I check with https://dnschecker.org/#CNAME/mydomain all looks good as my domain registrar did check this for me, so it's propagating fine.Thank you, as always for your help.
Barry.

Hi,
Please advise if the SSL has been generated, if not, please send the URL of the website.

Hi Barry,
Natalia here, thank you for your message.
Please note, that, if you use DNS checker tool, the cname record must be verified with the www extension. In this case, the domain is not pointed to our brizy page https://jmp.sh/jx2HqRA2 ; We can also see that this record is not connected, it's marked as red - https://jmp.sh/CENFCizJ ; If it's possible, send me a screenshot of your DNS records, from your domain provider. I will not publish this screen here in the forum.
Thank you,
Natalia

I may have sorted this out Natalia...
I added www to the domain on my domain provider's DNS - CNAME record plus added the A RECORD pointing to 34.237.47.210 (without www on my custom domain) and all has gone green on Brizy's side... I'll wait a few hours now to check the site to see how things are looking.Just thought I'd keep you in the loop.
