Connection is Not Private

Hiya,

My Brizy Cloud domain andyosullivan.com is showing as not private as the certificate expired 12 days ago

 

Can you please let me know what caused this to occur and how to rectify it?

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We checked your site and found that you didn't set up correctly the Cname. Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the Cname?  After this, you should have the records in the project settings green. This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.  If the SSL will not be generated could you please send us a screenshot of DNS settings from the domain registration?

  This is an old site that was working previously.

  The settings where checked yesterday and are showing in green as you can see below.

  Hi Andy,

  Normally the SSL certificates get renewed automatically. The certificate on your website was an exception and we had to manually renew it.
