Urgent: My Brizy cloud status?
I am just making sure I am all set until 2024 and my current websites will not suddenly stop having hosting tomorrow? I think I made a big mistake when I purchased some of your plans years ago. I thought I was getting Brizy Cloud lifetime back when I bought the Brizy Lifetime deal that was apparently only for Wordpress. I don't use Wordpress and I've never used that license. I also thought I was getting an extension on my Brizy Cloud hosting for the current sites I use when I got the additional Brizy years of hosting, but it looks like that was for Wordpress? I don't need ANYTHING for Wordpress. I just need the stuff for Brizy Cloud. Is there some way to exchange those so that they apply towards my Brizy Cloud? I recently bought the lifetime on the Cloud hosting for 100 sites, but it is not configured yet and I don't know how to transfer the current sites to it.
I just really want to make sure my current sites aren't all of the sudden going to stop having hosting. Help?

Under your Brizy account, we have a bunch of Brizy PRO package and I would like to thank you first for this amazing support.
We have:
Brizy WordPress LifeTime package;
Brizy Studio package - this is our old package that is available for both Brizy WordPress and Brizy Cloud; We can not divide it. It was 1 package for 2 platforms.
Currently, you have an active subscription for Studio package - https://jmp.sh/NpTbr0ob; Please note that this package allows you to connect unlimited custom domains or custom subdomains with your Brizy project.
We don't host WordPress sites, we host ONLY cloud projects. Under your packages - Studio and Agency - we host all your projects that are connected with custom domains and subdomains. So please don't worry, we won't stop to offer our host for your projects. Even if you will cancel your cloud subscription (Studio and Agency) we will still host your packages. The only difference is that we won't offer hosting for NEW published projects.

Hi Natalia, I have a project in there I’ve been working on but I did not get to attach my custom domain to it yet because I was waiting to hear from you first, so technically it is not published but in draft. Are you trying to say that I won’t be able to publish that project now? I would have published it last night if I had known. Is there no way for me to publish it? I need to publish it this week. It’s my site for my new book as I’m about to be a published author. What exactly did I pay for with the one that’s not supposed to be ending until February 2024? I thought I could have unlimited sites that could be hosted with that until 2024. If that’s not the case, then what good is it to me? Is there any way to talk to you guys on the phone or by zoom? Please, pay attention to my previous message:

I inform again - you can publish now UNLIMITED projects in your brizy account.
Also:
"Even if you will cancel your cloud subscription (Studio and Agency) we will still host your packages. The only difference is that we won't offer hosting for NEW published projects. "
This means that, if your want to cancel the Studio subscription after February 2024 , we will host your projects that were connected already with a custom domain or subdomain, before February 2024;
