Question about special deal for existing customers having already Brizy Wordpress licence

Hello,

 

I have been since years a Brizy customer having a PRO Brizy Wordpress licence.

 

I will tell you something I wanted to say since a while. But don't take it bad but like a recommendation.

 

Indeed, where Brizy has to do some big improvements is on the sales/marketing strategy side.

Your current strategy is mainly oriented on new customers but you forget on the side of the way your good existing customers since years.

This is why I have been more interested with other alternatives than the Brizy cloud one.

 

On one hand, regarding the Wordpress version, I was expecting more in functionalities and improvements with the time. There was a few but not as expected.

 

Now, regarding the Brizy Cloud, this is my point, why you didn't (maybe you did it one time briefly but it is past) propose a special deal for your existing customers about Brizy Cloud or why such a deal is not existing today to convince your Brizy Wordpress existing customers to purchase a licence about Brizy Cloud ? When I say a special deal, this may be a lifetime deal or, at least, a more incentive deal than the one you propose for your new customers. 

 

So, nothing is existing today as a deal for your since years customers. So, I can tell you that you are losing with the time your existing custiomers.This is my input. Do what you want with it but I am a webdesigner and business is business. So, where Brizy in terms of marketing today regarding his existing customers ? Nowhere.

But today things are going fast and doing things like that you let your existing customers invest in other places than in Brizy.

  Hi Claude,

  We have had one Brizy Cloud deal for our Lifetime customers in September 2021. These were the details. You can see it here https://www.brizy.io/brizy-pro-pricing-changes

   

  

  Many existing customers took advantage of this deal are using unlimited custom domains with Brizy Cloud. Since several existing customers had an opportunity to take advantage of this deal, at the moment we don't feel the need for another deal for lifetime users and early adopters.

  Are you specifically looking for a Brizy Cloud legacy plan?

  Hi George,

  So, it seems I missed the deal in 2021. So, I conclude it is definitly gone.
  And, as I cannot get such a deal again, I will also be gone as Brizy legacy customer.

  What do you mean with Brizy Cloud legacy plan ?

  Hi Claude,

  I'm curious to know if you had in mind any Brizy Cloud subscription plan that we once offered but have since discontinued and no longer available when you asked about a special deal for existing Brizy Pro lifetime customers.
