Buiding a Menu in Brizy Pro

I am using Brizy Pro Version 2.4.14 with a Starter Template. The instructions I see online for building menus rely on going to "Appearance > Menus". This option is NOT available to me.

How to do I find this in WP 6.1.1?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  This issue could appear due to the theme that you are using. Please switch to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Nineteen then check again.
