Favicon spinning and bottom says "Connecting..."

I published a website using a custom domain on Brizy Cloud. When I go to any of the pages, the favicon spins and the bottom of the screen says "Connecting..." for minutes at a time. The page itself loads, but because of the spinning and "Connecting..." it makes it look like it's waiting on something.

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  It appears that the problem is related to a popup that is being used on this particular page. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Project Settings and navigate to the Code section—https://imgur.com/ECgjum0.png
  2. Check if there is any code injection present in the footer. If there is, temporarily remove it.
  3. Save the changes by clicking on the "Save Changes" button.
  4. Go back to your page and refresh or reload it.
  5. Check if the issue still persists.
