Email SMTP error

Dear support,

I have set up the form in the way I guess should be correct, but I still receive the error info [YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT]

The account setup is:
SMTP
Email to: ****

Host: smtp-mail.outlook.com
Port: 587

User: --> I have inserred the outlook email

Password:**********

Encryption: SSL

  Hi,

  How did you connect your form to emails? Please check for the instructions here:https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043766792-Email-notification-via-SMTP

  Can you please check if the hosting provider, does not block the emails from your website? Can you please send the URL of your project and indicate on which page the form is and we will check it?

  Hello Nelea,
  thx for the link.
  My setup is 100% like it was described in brizy support page.
  My hosting provider is hostinger https://www.hostinger.de/cpanel-login?r=index/index
  but I supposed the host to setup was the host of the mailserver so I have added here smtp-mail.outlook.com

  As a turnaround right now I have added the WordPress configuration and it works correctly.
  Please advise if I am wrong.

  You have mentioned that the WordPress configuration is working fine now. Is there anything else you need help with?

  Hi George, I still need to wish what is wrong with the SMTP configuration. It could be I will need in the future to set it up from SMTP. As a solution, I have turned to WordPress configuration, and it works, but the SMTP still not. Best regards Marco SPAM"

  Hi Marco,

  Thank you for the update.

  Upon checking, it's not possible to use Outlook for STMP due to Two-Factor Authentication.
  There are solutions offered on the below link; however, this is too complex and will take some time to set up.

  A workaround that I can suggest is to use Sendinblue SMTP Relay (or another SMTP Server) to send the emails from your website to your Outlook email address or any other email address of your choice.
