    Hi Valentina,

    We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with Brizy Cloud.

    Brizy Cloud does not have auto save feature. Hence you must save your work every 10 minutes or so. If you close the Brizy Cloud editor window without clicking on Save Draft, you will lose your work.

    I cannot give you this details as nothing is working and I am not able to publish the page. I have tried. I thought that could publish it, but nothing happening. the system is not adding a new domain.

    I cannot see either where and how to connect the email signup placeholder to connect to the email provider

    the name of the project is FREE course 2nd round
    and I cannot publish it. it still says Publish

    Hi Valentina,

    Looks like you could publish the page. I see it here https://tackchanges.brizy.site/ Please select the 'Publish' option below to add a custom domain.

    Click on the 'Save Your Spot' button and then on the 'plug' icon to add Email Notification to your form.

    hi KC George,

    yes, thank you, I've managed to publish it.

    i have 3 questions. i have created a subpage - confirmation page

    1. I don't want it to show as a menu but I want to redirect to this confirmation / welcome page after they click the submit button. how should i do it?

    2. on this confirmation page there is a graphical element in a color that I am not able to change (a wave line) and some graphics at the bottom that I want to remove. the wave line is essential for the layout block, so i wonder why it's not possible to change the color?

    3. and I have tried to embed a short questionnaire form. it should be visible in full (all 3 questions at ones - it's a very small form) but somehow the window for embedded code is making it to be a scroll because the space is so limited. how can I fix that?

    and I have a separate question reg. understanding how the cloud domains work. my deal gives med 3 domains. how should I approach if the domain name is the same (company name). brizy.site and I want to create several landing pages. so what the naming approach when I don't need 1 website but several landing pages?

    thanks very much in advance

    Hi Valentina,

    Please watch this screen recording for my responses to your questions 1 and 2. https://jmp.sh/R1LVS4FR

    3. When you are embedding an external form, the embed code determines the height of the form. You may want to check your https://gozen.io/ account to see if you can set the height of your embed form. Please also check with their support team how the height of the form can be set.

    4. You can publish 3 projects using custom domains or custom sub domains. You can also publish unlimited landing pages using the brizy.site sub domain.

    Here are examples of multiple landing pages you can setup using brizy.site sub domains

    • landing-page1.brizy.site
    • landing-page2.brizy.site
    • landing-page3.brizy.site

    If you want to setup several landing pages on a custom domain, you can add a custom domain to one of your projects and add different pages for different landing pages. For instance, let's say you want to add the custom domain  valentina-albaek.digital and setup multiple landing pages under this domain. You can setup these landing pages

    hi KC George,

    thank you so much. super helpful with the screen recording. Though the one graphic element that you have at the end of the video showed how to remove, it was the one i was asking about how to change the color.
    but thank you for showing me how to change the color option for the divider element. I didn't know that.

    for the https://gozen.io/  form I've chose 100% settings for both width and height for the form.

    thank you for the reply to nr. 4 question. I think that I understand.

    so basically what I though I have created as a landing page for only 1 thing:  https://tackchanges.brizy.site/ should actually be a project.
    so now to keep this custom domain going consistent, I should use this as a project every time (open it for edit) and then create a new page under it - that will be a unique new landing page, correct?

    I have a question about the redirect to a confirmation page: when i test, first of all a green confirmation message appears below the sign up button. how to remove it?

    also there is a significant delay before the confirmation page appers. how to improve it and make the page change to the confirmation right away without having the green notification to appear on the landing page first?

    Hi Valentina,

    You must set the height in pixels to display the entire form. Please try this code

    <div
                    id="zf-widget"
                    data-zf-embed-id="f791636c-fc0d-45e7-a77a-4b4bf777d33f"
                    data-zf-id="CHa8kdxJcEYh03fP5IMU"
                    data-zf-d_id=A2O9Dv2g07MEybTD0
                    data-zf-type="standard"
                    style="height: 700px; width: 100%;"
                ></div>

                <script src="https://form-assets.forms.gozen.io/cdn/scripts/embed-v1.21.js"></script>

    If you want to create landing pages using the brizy.site sub domain, each landing page would be a new Brizy Cloud project.

    If you use a custom domain for your landing pages, you should create a single Brizy Cloud project and add multiple pages to it and point the custom domain to the project.

    To hide the success message, in the Brizy Cloud editor, please add this CSS code under CMS (hamburger) - Project Settings -   Code - Custom CSS

    div.brz-forms2__alert.brz-forms2__alert--success {
      background: #FFFFFF;
      }

    hi KC George,

    thank you. after adding this code, there is now a white rectangle showing after you click the submit button.
    and I am not sure that I under stand about the difference between a brizy.site sub domain and a custom domain. I only want to know what I should do in order to be able to create some quick landing pages.

    and also back to the question of how i can change the color of that element that you showed how to delete at the end of your screen share. this one I didn't want to delete but i really need to change the color.

    Hi Valentina,

    I have fixed the issue with the white rectangle. Please check again. For a more detailed explanation of the difference between brizy.site sub domain and custom domain, please see this screen recording.  https://jmp.sh/xm5CFRIq

    The curved line is added as a PNG image to your project. The line colors were set before the image was added to your project. You will have to upload a new image with a different colors to change the line colors.

    hi, KC George,

    thank you. The curved line is a part of the block design, so I haven't added it. I thought that all of the elements in design templates are adjustable.
    and thank you for the explanation about the brizy.site sub domain
